• Churchill Square:  $250K to $ 1 Million. Will consider any house, any condition anywhere in the Golden Triangle.  Will also consider a teardown.  Open to any options and will pay the necessary price. 

• 2 Apartment in CBS: In good condition, with minimal work needed. 350k and under.

• Single Family in Greater Metro Area: Must be close to walking trails and outdoor recreation. $350k and under. Quidi Vidi area preferred.

• 2 Apt home located in St. John's: UP to 400k. Attached Garage preferred but not required.

• Single Family or 2 Apt in the Pleasantville or general Quidi Vidi/ Whitehills area: Proximity to walking/hiking/biking trails a HUGE plus. Up to $350k
